At The Perfektee, we aim to ensure you love every product you purchase from us. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
For all return and exchange requests, please write to us at support@theperfektee.com within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
🌀 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only if you inform us within 7 days of delivery.

You can request an exchange in cases of size issues or if you’ve received the wrong product.

We’ll happily replace your item with the correct size or product of the same value at no extra cost.

If the value of the exchanged item is higher, you’ll need to pay the difference in amount online.

The product must have its original sticker label intact, be unworn, unwashed, and properly packed to avoid damage in transit.

Free reverse pickup is available for valid exchange cases.
💸 Return & Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only for genuine cases of defective or damaged products.

To raise a refund request, email us at support@theperfektee.com with your order details, description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective item.

If your return is approved for reasons other than a defect (for example, change of mind), a ₹100 deduction will apply to cover reverse pickup and logistics charges.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or the bank account provided by you.

If we determine that the defect or damage occurred due to misuse, improper handling, or washing, the refund will not be processed.

Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery to avoid complications.

Used or washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Only one exchange or return request will be processed per order.

Sale items or products purchased using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

Free exchange for size issues is available, but refunds for size issues are not.

Slight variations in color or design may occur due to digital display settings — these are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges or returns if the merchandise does not meet our policy conditions.
